Description:Sound Prunes, prepared from sound mature plums dried and cured, of correct size grade, of compatible variety.

Defect Standards: All fruit meets “A” grade standards as defined bu the US standards for grade dried prunes.

Colour: Dark blue to black, typical

Form, Surface: Spherically, intact, shining surface

Texture: Soft, typical

Odour: Typical, no foreing smelling

Taste: Sweet, typical, no foreing taste

Moisture Level: From 28 to 34%
